Fraud Automated call, claimed to be to be from the inland revenue and if I did not press 1,id be arrested immediately. Bunch of gimps.
They lead you to believe that they are calling for feedback on your order. They do not state that this is a sales call regarding extended warranty - which is exactly what they are doing. They make it seem that it is a fee-free service being offered and only mention the cost at the end. They offered me a warranty on 3 appliances for ?200 pounds a year but phrase it as this is only ?1.50 for your appliance. Very dubious sales tactics. I would not be remotely interested.

This person is a serial scammer and fraudster who responds to wanted ads placed on Gumtree. Usually uses the main identity of Marlon on Gumtree, but sometimes uses his alleged daughters details: Zara Hussain. They then provide pictures of items for sale in a response to your ads, eventuay agree a price, provide fake identity details and asks for a deposit and the items will be posted by them. When called there is a message, claims to be XLN Business Telecom concerning account. Advises caller to telephone 0808 1683092. Often calls at least four times a week, sometimes twice daily. Ignore as frequently called numbers are domestic not business, or businesses where the company does not have an account with XLN.

Rang and after one ring it stopped. I suspect this number is being used to ring numbers to identify if they are in use. Every number that it successfully rings at least once is then added to a list to sell to scum bags for dodgy telemarketing purposes. Utter scum. Block it if you can.
