Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. SCAM Tel No. 07824378626 used to identify a hoax call from Amazon about a £300 odd payment. Similar calls received from other 07... numbers in recent weeks. These calls always follow on from use of Amazon for on-line purchases. This suggests that account activities with Amazon are not properly secure and that scammers monitor recent activity.

Answered the phone and upon saying "hello" the caller hung up. I have now blocked the number.
Claimed to be from some sort of housing association saying that i logged a claimed that my house has mold and damp in it. told him i own my house and logged no complaint, then call ended.
