Part of the ongoing automated call scams. When answering the call, there is a split second blimp where the automated answer kicks in. Not even a human on the other end. Someone needs to trace the number to the property which rang it and cut their lines.

These cold callers are annoying. If its not PPi, or accident, or people trying to sell you fake goods, its money making scum trying to scam you. Was called today by this company at 7.50am. Never heard of them. Only answered the call as I thought it was the paper shop about my delivery! Told them to ..... off! When I called back to complain - yes you ve guessed it, the options they were giving you to either speak to a rep or have your number deleted didn t work. Scam, scam, scam!

They just called me this afternoon which I ignored but found info on other sites so I phoned them and have confirmed who they are. The company is called Mark Group . They are a company that specialise in cavity wall insulation and solar panels. They are based in Ashford, Kent. They did some insulation work for me just under a year ago, very quick & very good, but not sure on the "cold calling" front.

They were trying to sell me shares in a forthcoming flotation. I said where u get my number..he kept changing the subject. I was driving but on Bluetooth, I said I am not interested, he said I HOPE YOU CRASH THE CAR AND DIE SIR. And hung up ...I am taking this further

General opinion seems to be that it is Tesco. I don`t shop with them and have none of their other products/services, so not sure why they phoned
