I didn't know anyone on Manchester so I just let the phone ring without answering. No message was left so I'm guessing it was a spam caller. Have since blocked it.

Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. My view is that if I felt I wasn't getting a good service then I would contact them. All in all an unwanted call.

recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.

(Doesn’t even say positive for what) Fools! I attempted to look up the web address on my iPad and it came up as non existent. Presumably they would have tried to make me pay for them.

Be careful dealing with this number. He is acting as a professional and will show a lot of fake proof for you to believe and get your trust. He is a very dangerous in person. SCAM. Nothing happened when I picked up - as in no one said or did anything. After a bit of research I found that other people also received a scam call from this number.
Looks like this is associated with the scammer on 02080720015 something to do with mobile phone scams. I got a call from them seconds after the call from this number.
The day i was scammed was thesame day i lost my daughter, i was totally destroyed emotionally for 3 month. i didn't have a dime left in my bank besides my credit. all my life savings was cleared from my bank by some investment scammers which i shared my banking details with. the police and the bank only filed a report and closed the case, i was left all alone to suffer it and i can swear it was a living nightmare. It appeared on my bank account as pending transaction on 14 May 2023 for the value of more than £30 but I haven’t spent any money with Deliveroo. I will contact my bank if this transaction goes through.
