My mum received a call at 9.00pm on Tuesday from an aggressive foreign man wanting to talk to her about the car accident she had had. He was a fraudster and a scammer and because my mum did not know that such people existed she asked him what accident he was talking about and proceeded to tell him about an accident that I had had last year and one that my mum and dad had had about ten years ago. Now he won t stop calling her and that night he scared her by saying he would be round first thing in the morning

As an IFA I always listen to marketing calls and pretend to be Joe Public. These people lied on a couple of occasions to try and get an appointment booked with their financial adviser. Avoid speaking to them

Anonymous, that is interesting as these scammers have also used 0161 354 9847 (as well as many, many others).

I dnt answer this number, they ring 2/3 times in a day plus what company's ring past 6pm?! Had same experiences with different numbers silence, phone put down and long paus...

Claiming to be from the HMRC am automated call to them back right now for face going to jail

I keep receiving calls from this number about PPI. I told them I do not have a ppi claim and to remove me from their caller list. Since then I have received 2 calls a day.

Genuine survey company doing government funded research. Got some numbers at the end to verify they are legit. If you re complaining about the state of the country but not willing to partake in research to help improve it then stop moaning!! TNS are a genuine company. The survey did not take very long- i don t see why people are getting so angry?
