This was an automated call claiming to be British telecom and threatening to turn off my wi if I’m not with BT
Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.

Eight calls in two weeks. Many ring once and hang up, expecting you to call back. When you do answer a call quickly there s sometimes a delay in them answering, meaning they are multi calling at the same time. Over polite conversation never quite getting to what they want. From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! Because I cant remember an email address of password from 4 Years ago they will not talk to me about the account! Vultures!! They should be closed down.

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Randomly calls me saying i'm getting arrested
SCAM Rang at 7.20am this morning. Claiming to be from tps. Could hardly understand her, obviously in a call centre. When I questioned WHY she was waking us up at 7.20am she put the phone down.
Rang long enough to trigger a voicemail but when listened to, it was as if they put diwn straight away. On researching seems to be linked to a telefone company but can t find any further details.

Cold calling is not the way to sell windows or home improvements. Especially when you are a victim of a crime where you re trying to deal with police and a useless phone call from an aggressive cold calling company. I wish people would stop selling other peoples phone numbers.
