SCAM. This number called me twice today claiming to be my bank! Said two withdrawals had been made from my account. Press a number if you did not authorise this. I hung up and rang bank and of course it was not genuine.

I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. Indian accented spammer/scammer. I rested the handset on the radio for a few minutes and when I got back he d gone. Why couldn t he wait for a few minutes? Is his time precious?
Said he was from bt openreach. I am not with openreach. He said my Internet speeds are slow. I said my boyfriend was openreach engineer. He started trying to guess his name and then called me Georgia. Which is not my name. His accent was not a British accent. Scam.
