Fraud Scam. Vodafone support website has a page on which to verify that a number is calling from Vodafone. This is not a Vodafone number. Here's the information I could get from them before they hung up. The caller claimed to be from Vodafone promotional dept offering a new phone upgrade and 2 year contract. Caller was inconsistent in what they said. Once saying a verification email would arrive in 30 minutes then saying 1 hour. They switched for no reason between talking about iphone and Samsung phones.

Didnt answer the call - went to voicemail. In the voicemail claimed to be "Cam" working for Halifax as a 'Mortgage and Protection Advisor' and for me to call her back on 07767 233 903 - which appears to be a mobile number!!! Didnt respond as seemed very suspicious - wasnt expecting a call. I do no use any of the services which she claimed that I might need help with! No info on Google. Reported - Action Fraud.
