Woman phoned asking if I was Miss (my girlfriend s name) I m not the butchest of guys but I don t sound like a woman.... Very heavily accented Indian accent, also appalling sound quality with lots of noise in the background. They call leaving voicemails saying ‘this is not a marketing call, please call back’ I’ve also had texts asking to call back quoting the following reference number...which is different every time. And the name they use to address me via text spells both my first and last name wrong (not just one letter wrong, almost incoherently wrong!) so I will be blocking these obvious scammers!

I don t use my mobile very much. Have just noticed this number logged as a missed call on 2 Sept 2016, so whoever it was was still busy on that date. I ve had no other calls from that number. I do have a Virgin Media account.

Insurance scam say they are affiliate of know company. Told them I didn't want any and thanked them for their interest in me. They were still chundering on when I hung up.

Numerous calls in a short space of time today from this number but each time I answered it there was nobody there, and then after a few seconds the line went dead. Very annoying!
