When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

My mother had a text from this number stating that their had been fraudulent activity, she had apparently spent ?40,00 in Argos this morning which she hadn t. Someone rang from that number claiming to be from Natwest but my mum was sceptical so she rung off and called me. I looked up a real number for Natwest (0800 011 3312) which she rang. This is a scam - they claim to be HMRC (although he pronounced it HRMC!) and are asking for student tax to be paid. I told them that I am 16 and not working and therefore not eligible for tax. He - an Indian sub continent accented person - insisted I have to pay it until I informed him that I actually work for HMRC and this is a scam. He admitted it was and rang off. NOTE: I don't work for HMRC and I am not 16. BEWARE!!!!
