Sounds rather similar to reports regarding other numbers in the 012027947xx range. Two calls over the Bank Holiday weekend. Recorded announcement regarding '100% Government grants' and if you answer some questions they'll check your eligability. Didn't stop to listen to what those questions would be.

I get harassment calls everyday from this number, i even told them they have the wrong number but they still ring me. I have had enough of these types of people harassing people. They would even call off 02070995315 on all sorts of different numbers claiming to be different company each time. People like this need to be sorted out

This bunch have called me twice in as many days. I just had another call tonight. I m also registered with the TPS. Neither myself or my wife are in debt, but automated recordings are not to know that as the call bot relentlessly churns through its number database. Received a recorded message from this number claiming to be Criminal Investigation Bureau. My National Insurance Number would be suspended and the Police would be coming to seize my possessions
01415689219 are the same people as 07930340688 and I am saying that with 100% proof. I have a phone that never rings and never gets used. Well, today, exactly 10min apart, it rang. It was the "Mobile"-masked number first, which I decided let go to missed call and I did well, because 10min later I had to make the Glasgow-looking masked number go to missed calls too, making this an impossible coincidence for an unused phone. Had a call from International on my blocking phone - it did not come through. One minute later I had a call from 01443741560 that also did not come through and was blocked. I called the number back and received a recorded message: The number you have dialed has not been recognised. So must conclude that it is Scam/Spam.

Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour

I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. SCAM Someone from this number obviously in an Indian call centre claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse wanting to upgrade my contract.
Cold caller claiming to be AM Legal. Im assuming its about claiming on a car accident as I get them all the time but i didnt let this guy get far enough in the conversation. Caller now blocked on my phone and reported to the TPS.
