This is the 3rd different number used by the same scammers. Unusual card transaction £300 & £1000. Odd they never tell whose card or what card and always sane amount. 07463529394 Automated voice message saying there was an unnauthorized withdrawal or debit of £900 or so pounds on my Visa... - I didn't need to hear anymore, I don't have anything Visa, so I hung up, obviously a scam.

SCAM Alert! They are scamming by hacking the phone and giving a call to this number via your phone. Recently I was charged for calling this number and I was unable to understand why so. The calling amount is getting added to my bill.
Left a message saying they are from the Chinese Embassy and then rest of voice message is in Chinese. I receive at least one call a day from different mobile numbers illegally from the Chinese Embassy.
