I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. Tried to tell me I overpaid my insurance on my washing machine and had a refund for me of £119.00 and could they have my bank details. Never had insurance

Fraud Just got a call from this number it was a recorded message telling me about unusual activity on my account i.e Amazon £300.00 and another one for £1000.00. Hence I hung up.

This looks to be a scam. I telephoned this number after missing a call and receiving a voicemail message from someone calling himself "John" asking me to call another number. The above telephone number is an automated voicemail service(possibly USA), with no company name given or any indication of identity.
