Non native English speaker calling from "Vindows" sic. I kept him on the line for a few minutes claiming that I was pressing buttons but my VCR was not working & could he help me get it working because I wanted to watch a film called Scammers.

They ring and when answered no-one speaks,it is most annoying and time wasting too!

Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. I cannot make them stop so having to change my number. It been happening for months but I ignored them until it ramped up to daily.

Called twice this afternoon, saw 020 number on caller display so didn't answer it, no one calls me from London, have now put in the callblocker....

this number called today saying it was talk talk warning of a security breach I then hung up. I tried to ring back and an elderly man answered and said he knew nothing about talk talk ????

Finally received payment, however we had to instruct another solicitor to start winding up and they paid up an hour before we were going to issue court papers. My guess is they think most people will not be bothered or do not want to lose more money. Someone with very poor grasp of english, call centre in the background. Said they were called Global Business Solutions, asking to speak to someone who hadn t lived at the address my phone number is listed at, for two years and who definitely doesn t need a debt reduction company as they have no debts that need reducing. Clearly using a very old cold-calling list that someone has sold them.
