I had a bit of spare time so I turned the conversation upside down and started grilling her. She allegedly got my details from GRS which she said was a government agency. Called twice, first time no response when I answered it, second time when I didn't answer didn't leave a voicemail.
It is an automatic voice that claims to be from "your bank" saying it has suspicious activity - asking you to click a button to verify or speak to someone. I hung up.
