If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. I have had a missed call from this number. I think it might be a recruitment company as I have been applying for jobs recently.
Message left on answerphone from HMRC (?) threatening legal action if call not returned immediately. Ended "have a blessed day" which seemed odd, otherwise I would have returned the call.
