When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

Platinum weeks. Timeshare scam. Had a call from a different number from them earlier this week. On looking these numbers have only been on the go recently. If they were legit and had been on the go for 20 yrs like she and their website states there would have been more searches. Legit companies don't change their phone number every few months!

Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. Getting a lot of calls from Scottish numbers that put the phone down after 2 seconds
Automated call, phone today, Saturday asking for ***** press 1 if this is you, which it wasn t, but still went on with ref number and when to call their office, then gave a totally different number to the one shown on my caller id. Me thinks it is either ppi or debt collector? Looking at the comments, it looks like debt collector. The government should look to ban these scumbuckets! If you owe money then it should be the the people you know that chase you, not these rats!
