Recorded voice saying that they have been advised that I had been in a motor vehicle accident. Absolute rubbish, number now blocked.

A man with a foreign sounding voice but very english name called.Told me he was from microsoft.Have had these calls from another number (01225766466) but the difference being that this one had our name.He could not pronounce it but was able to spell it when i asked, strange because it is simple name and only 5 letters.When i asked how he got the name he hung up.I believe its the same people as the other number.I had such a shouting match with them on the phone last week,i think they have changed tactics !
