Another 'service' calling about my unresolved landlord repair. I returned their call to ask they remove my number. As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Don't use their scam 'services'- they are available elsewhere for free.

They requested me to "press 1 to speak to an advisor" but I hung up. I then returned the call from my landline and received an automated reply telling me that nobody was available to take my call. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not.
