Fraud Automated system that tells you your card has been used and to cancel it press a number to speak to someone. always inform your card's fraud dept when you get one of these calls, give them the details of the call including the phone number and the date/time of the call along with the number that you were contacted from so they can get it investigated.

I answered the call once and it was silent for 3 seconds then ended. Far Eastern accent, and as soon as I asked him to repeat who he said he was calling from, he hung up. I dialled the number with the prefix 141, but it did not ring out. Clearly a SCAM. Unusually for me, I then dialled the number without the prefix, and that also did not ring at all, even thoigh I had checked that my line was open. AVOID
