Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. SCAM Pretty sure this is a scam. Text received supposedly from Evri - missed delivery, but following link to redeliver, the site requested card information and redelivery fee. On Evri website, Evri state that if you have missed a parcel, you don't need to do anything as a redelivery will be attempted next day. Scam. Beware. No-one contacting you should be asking for card details.

Indian accent, claiming to be from O2 offering 30% discount on your plan. They try to trick you by submitting a 'forgotten password' command onto your account. You receive a genuine text message from O2 with a security code. "This is Royal Mail. Your package has been delivered twice and there was no answer. Please press 9 for more information." Followed by a message in Chinese. Pressed 9. Connected to a person speaking Chinese. No idea what this is, so disconnected. It's obviously not the Royal Mail.

Seems like an Indian call centre, have had a few missed calls from several number over the passed few days which I have blocked. They left a 20 second voicemail by mistake with them talking in Indian and laughing before realising that she was on voicemail and hung up. No company name offered, wouldn’t trust regardless. SCAM Some foreign (Indian as usual) scammer phoned and asked Mr (me by name) I answered yes and they said they were (English name, obviously made up and theirs for the day) and from Life Insurance. Then asked how I was doing and when I replied they just hung up. HOW RUDE! Pity really, as I pride myself on keeping them on the line as long as I can.
