Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.

SCAM - Called trying to say they were from Carphone Warehouse, challenged her and she still tried to sell me a phone, even when I said to her that this was just a scam and all she wanted to do was get my bank details. Amusing really. Told her to get a proper job and pay into society. Sad thing is is that they will get someone to buy into their scam who is vulnerable and/or elderly :(

Streamline IT agency - work related call
Every day for the last week I've been receiving numerous text messages about deliveries supposedly mine from DHL. They're definitely not mine! I'm always asked to click on a track and trace link which I don't because it doesn't look right coming from a mobile number, Also receiving daily calls from the same mobiles starting with 07964 378 with the last 3 digits always different. I'm sure this must be a scam.
