Raj called and said it was about the accident I had last year, said I d filled in a form asking for a callback. (I haven t). I asked him to remove my number. Very aggressive. Told me there d be a charge to remove my number from their database(!) and when I told him there would be no such charge, he said unless I give one good reason his 500 colleagues will continue to call until I cooperate. I told him that the reason was OFCOM and the response was What s what? Laughable.

Very inconsiderate. Republic of Ireland number (if it s genuine).

If you get a call you should answer or call back as the problem is that the initial database maker sells your number on to other junk call companies. If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. If you don t the problem of nuisance calls will get worse. You can then call the initial seller and ask to be removed from the main database. Pinpoint (Call Solutions) Ltd. I am fed up with these pillocks ringing me up selling shite and talking garbage. It has got far worse since Brexit! Is this part of a cunning plan? Incidently, I am a member of TPS...since 2004...doesn t seem to deter them! grrr.............

Called at 14:45hrs 27/08/2015 Started to ask questions he already knew.
