Hourly calls received for 2 days so far, after I stupidly entered my correct phone number on an insurance comparison site (Quotezone - avoid at all costs). Ive never answered the calls and am unable to block them on my current phone or via my call provider, so I m buying a phone which has call barring on it. Ridiculous to think I have to do that, but I cant be doing with hourly calls, since yesterday and starting today, Saturday morning at 9.10am.

SCAM/ Automated call They rang saying they were from some crime division and that my national insurance number was being suspended because it was linked to many crime related activities. I hung up before it got any further.
They tried to scam me. They claim to be a legitimate business. But they will not disclose any genuine information about themselves. Yet they expect you to give them your personal details. I have since found our that they are fraudsters! DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS!

They're a bunch of ne'er do well ambulance chasing morons that when you ask where they got your number from, as they were calling my business number, they panic and hang up the phone. SCAM - said it’s from Evri and there was a failed delivery attempt and had a link to arrange re delivery - I have had messages from Evri in the past and the name comes up Evri not a number so this is definitely a scam - don’t click the link.

SCAM. Phoned to offer me a reduction in my monthly phone bill. Very convincing. Seemed to know a lot about different plans etc. Phoned Carphone Warehouse after the call to confirm their legitimatcy and they have said that it is a scam.
PPI claims management company. take it from me, go straight to your bank if you think you had PPI, they won t steal a 3rd of the money like these PPI companies will.

Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.
