Should be from Bristol but I don`t think so! they called me a lot of times last week and nobody speaks. They didn t leave any message. In my opinion it is a ping call and if you call back they drain your credit.

Scam line. Calls are made from outside of the UK (Gold Coast), trying to get recipients to visit a scam website. The caller gets the recipient to perform some tasks on their PC, claiming that it is infected. If you ask for their number, they provide this one. If you call them back you are diverted to the caller in the Gold Coast. Do not call. Do not respond. Report this to the police.

Received a call asking about my car accident - which of course I hadn t had. When I asked who told them I have been in an accident the weary sounding woman just said they would remove my details and rang off. Interesting that if you try to call them on this number it appears not to exist.

The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. I got a call from this number this afternoon saying I have some questions, I only need 20 seconds of your time so after another 15 seconds I said that s 20 seconds, bye. He rang straight back and said you think you re clever but I m cleverer than you and hung up. Daft or what?
