Claims to be BT technical regarding illegal use of broadband band and a threat to disconnect. It’s not it fake. Also calls from other numbers in completely different locations.
They said they were local authority and asked if I needed any repairs, any dampness etc. I asked who had contacted them and this did not make sense. I put the phone down on them. She gave me no information whatsoever and the background was silent.

When I asked them to contact my husband's business directly they stated that the only number they had (which is our home number). Fraud Pretending to be an epidemic prevention center, claiming that I had not been contacted for several times, and then asking me to press 9 to transfer to human service. There is no specific information provided in the middle, nor any explanation. I have received many calls from robot who ask me to press 9 under this circumstance, all of which are fraud.
Clearly fraudsters trying to get money on basis of '' your bank / credit card has been used for a non authorised payment of £1100'' and encouragement to press option 1 to resolve the issue.
