Rang me on mobile, they said the name of the company when I asked them to repeat the company name they very quickly hung up.
Scam: recorded message claiming someone was purchasing products using my account but did not say which account or which company they were calling from. Call appears to originate from Russia when checking the number from this site.
Unknown text asking if this is suitable for me!?!? I’m thinking what is suitable!?!? The link was there but I darent click on the link as I know it’ll be a server with poison like software that steals your data and sells it to other parties! called where i work this morning. Really rude man on the line telling me he wants to find hidden commission in our utility bills. when i said our accountants are on with doing it he cut me off and said they wont be getting what he can get us. would hardly let me speak and when i could he corrected me every time although i was repeating what he had said. in the end he said "what a rude person" and hung up. dont answer to them it will be scam.
Automated voice saying they are HMRC and I will be arrested if I don't speak to them. An absolute an utter SCAM - HMRC cannot arrest you!!! And they do not contact over the phone. DO NOT ANSWER.
