I put my number in on an insurance comparison site and now recieve 5/10 calls a day!!! Tell them I ain t interested and still get called. Very frustrating.

Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. This number called me at 1220 today. Foreign caller, probably Asian, ask for my wife. When I asked who was calling he demanded to know why he should tell me & became foul mouthed before hanging up.

I have had these guys phoning always after 5pm and normally before 6pm and never leave message, generally get home 6pm. I have called it back but doesnt give a clue who they are...

Got the same call last week at the same time, a woman asking me about the car accident I d had... I told her I was disabled and couldn t drive a car and that she should be ashamed of herself..obviously doesn t bother them! Do they actually get any business from these calls??

A man with a foreign sounding voice but very english name called.Told me he was from microsoft.Have had these calls from another number (01225766466) but the difference being that this one had our name.He could not pronounce it but was able to spell it when i asked, strange because it is simple name and only 5 letters.When i asked how he got the name he hung up.I believe its the same people as the other number.I had such a shouting match with them on the phone last week,i think they have changed tactics !

she calls every day and says i need to check information on your company so I say can you please email the questions so I have it in writing and she says I can t do that and I say well if I take your name and number we can call you back and she said her company don t receive incoming calls so she said she would ring again. I think it is someone who just finds your details online and rings you up to bother you because if it was legitimate there would be no reason for her not to email me the questions like mo

Seemed very keen for me to get a an IFA to visit. I asked if they were FCA approved and they said no, but that the IFA s were. Rang off as they were trying to press me to commit to give permission for them to access my pension details
