I don't usually answer calls where I don't recognise numbers and wait to see if they will use the answer phone. Recorded calls usually do and in this case it was conc...

They tried to scam me. They claim to be a legitimate business. But they will not disclose any genuine information about themselves. Yet they expect you to give them your personal details. I have since found our that they are fraudsters! DO NOT DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS!

This number called me (0208 517 7277) and it was Pizza Hut in Dagenham with a query about my order!

Raj called and said it was about the accident I had last year, said I d filled in a form asking for a callback. (I haven t). I asked him to remove my number. Very aggressive. Told me there d be a charge to remove my number from their database(!) and when I told him there would be no such charge, he said unless I give one good reason his 500 colleagues will continue to call until I cooperate. I told him that the reason was OFCOM and the response was What s what? Laughable.

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Be carefull They use different numbers!! They give you a return number that is invalid. Waste their time - keep them on hold as long as possible. Then block their number.
