Rang me three times this week didn t recognise number so i didn t answer, they didn t leave a message so second time they rang I text them: who is this - no reply...

Someone with very poor grasp of english, call centre in the background. Said they were called Global Business Solutions, asking to speak to someone who hadn t lived at the address my phone number is listed at, for two years and who definitely doesn t need a debt reduction company as they have no debts that need reducing. Clearly using a very old cold-calling list that someone has sold them.

They l ll ring but they not saying anything and hang up. My phone app has them as potential fraud

Claims he is calling from a company called Assist Co, government backed, claiming that he can make me "debt free". When I asked how didn t he know that I may already be debt free, he said this is why he was calling! Told him I wasn t interested and added this number to my rejected calls list. Asked his where he got my details from, just kept on repeating that he was government backed. Cannot find any info relating to Assist Co on Google

Didn t answer. Saw regular number (not 08...) so called back. It s sales and marketing (a recorded message) - typical irritating cold call. Can live without them.

haha, I got The Hearing Centre. It is so funny that you got the Listening Centre. More of the same, but different I guess. The call was too crackly to make anything else out of it. Sorry, to me it didn t sound local, so I hung up pretty quickly.

Keep getting calls at more or less same time every week-day, answered it twice and both times, just silence on the other end. Won't be answering again.

It is a firm about an insurance claim that I have never even made. The same company keep calling me form many different London numbers even though I have asked a number of times...

PPI. Tried to ignore me and continue with their script when I told them I wasn't interested.

BT say it is a scam

Non native English speaker calling from "Vindows" sic. I kept him on the line for a few minutes claiming that I was pressing buttons but my VCR was not working & could he help me get it working because I wanted to watch a film called Scammers.
