Indian callers claim to be from windows.they will tell you your computer has been sending them error reports.they then ask you to turn your computer on and then tell you how to fix the problem.they get you to switch on remote access.then they control your computer and have access to all bank,credit card and password details that have been entered.NEVER DO THIS !!! please report to your local police

They rang and when I answered the call an automatic voice just said "Goodbye".
This number called me today at 4.00pm a man with an Asian Accent asked if he was spoeaking to Brian I asked who wants to know, said his name was Sam and he was calling about compenation I was due about an accident I had had told him I hadn t had an accicent for over 35 years. He said according to their records I had hadd one in the last 2years. I asked what his companies name was he said Claims Team Private Ltd.no such company registered with Companies House, asked him where he got my name and number from,

SCAM / SPAM It's yet another disingenous automated phone line designed to make it sounds like a "real conversation" because it repsonds to a voice response. They're a bunch of ne'er do well ambulance chasing morons that when you ask where they got your number from, as they were calling my business number, they panic and hang up the phone. SCAM - said it’s from Evri and there was a failed delivery attempt and had a link to arrange re delivery - I have had messages from Evri in the past and the name comes up Evri not a number so this is definitely a scam - don’t click the link.

Claimed to be Lloyds Bank but I don't have a Lloyds Bank account so don't know.
I m not sure why people are saying the are scammers pretending to be EE, the number is on their actual site as one of their direct partner numbers. However I still would not recommend picking up as EE broadband has terrible service. My advice is head for the hills and don t look back.

I'm in West Yorkshire and this is one of the increasing landline robo calls, originating from the south of England, I've been receiving in November 2020. Where it rings, there's no one there if I answer and if it goes to voice message, no message is left. Each time this happens I add the number to my phones blacklist so it's blocked if they try again.
