SCAM / SPAM Number called me saying a federal case was being mounted against me? I pressed 1 to continue and had a woman with Indian accent on the phone with clearly a cal centre in the background. She asked how she could help me to which I replied, "I don't know, you called me!" Then she hung up on me.

Caller introduced himself as "Lawrence from Microsoft". Cold call asking for a specific person at our company regarding Yahoo and Bing listings and their verification, allegedly. SCAM - I am getting this number call daily. I answered it today and a woman with a heavy Indian accent, told me she was from the Technical Department at Sky. Her report told her that suspicious activity was happening with my Sky router, but she could help me. I asked how how that could be, given I don't have Sky.... the line went silent
