They called twice today 11:25 & 16:04. The second time that they called I answered and they hung up

So how John who works for this firm can say "we don,t bother people again if there are not interested" obviously doesn,t know the concept of not interested ,dont call again.Dont answer. Got a call from 01246 255920 it was the same company UK Finance who keep ringing me on different numbers. They said i am due 10 year bank charges but could not tell me which bank. I just keep them on the line saying i need to write the number down then can't find my glasses etc. It must be 6 times they have called asking me to ring 0913 1240 871 which could cost me around £25 a call as it is a premium number. Of course once i do ring 0913 they can then release my cheque. I must have wasted at least an hour

got an email saying i was eligible for a tax refund aparantly this is a scam and the sender should be tracked and prosecuted.
Apparently carphone warehouse from someone selling your data to them. Make a point of asking to speak with their legal dept, they won't pass you through but they'll remove you from the calling list pretty quickly.
