Call from this number but couldn't hear anyone on the line - when I called back I just got background music

Scam call, said they were from Amazon.

Its a fake number.there was a lurcative job offer on a website.I called them they took my interview for an hour and it was fake.It had costed me like 32 pounds or so.I already dont have any money and now i dont know from where i ill pay this 32 or 33 pounds.Bad luck

This is a really great computer training company; they come to your house, and help you with anything you need help learning how to use, and also how to find out how to use something yourself. Really great and I will use them again, Adam is the best trainer, he has a computer Sciences degree so he knew his stuff, he had such a good way of describing it to me, and once I got it, everything started falling into place. 10/10 and highly recommended. I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

Scam call claiming to be BT about broadband

I received a call from a chap who called himself Brady, from the Nuisance Calls Prevention Service in Brighton at 6.05pm on 26th February 2015. He told me that he was aware that I was receiving a high ratio of nuisance calls and that he was going to stop them for me... all good up to this point! He then went on to say that for ?2 per month the calls would be stopped!!!! Definitely a scammer, but what worries me is that he knew my name and ex-directory telephone number.

Another poor to understand "Your Windows PC is infected" scam, although this one was so bad he couldn't understand really basic English. I tried to explain I us...

I was getting calls daily from 01782401123 which I ignored. Research showed it was Advantis a know Telephone pest. They are now trying new tactics with thier new number 08448241820. If I have a debt, which I dont, then write to me, oh i forgot you cant because I dont answer the phone and give you any details. Advantis you can do one will be reporting this number as I have done with the other to ICO and Ofcom.

Said they were Amazon confirming an order of a phone.... No Chance!
