This number left a message to call back John (no company name). When i returned the call he tried to sell me a pension. I questioned his methods and he put the phone down on me. Any company that operates in such a way is not worth dealing with.

These people rang me on 01782887349 about 6 months after I tried to use them for a quote. The caller could not pronounce my name correctly and I was unable to make out which Insurance Company she represented. She rang off when I used my "old fart" I can t hear you dear, routine. The company was in fact useful in that originally they informed me of "3" YES "3" to blame claims in my name. I now have none and it was a task to get in touch with the CUE Database people, the BBC, journalists and other insurers

Eight calls in two weeks. Many ring once and hang up, expecting you to call back. When you do answer a call quickly there s sometimes a delay in them answering, meaning they are multi calling at the same time. Over polite conversation never quite getting to what they want.
