This number called my mobile and I returned the call from my landline and withheld my number. This number sent text saying Royal Mail parcel was waiting for redelivery and that there was £1.99 to pay. There was a link below. I believe this is a scam text trying to get money, we are not expecting a parcel and even if we were, where would they get a mobile number from for someone who hasn't given Royal Mail their number?
