Persistant calls re non existant car accident. they are marketing company. Wouldn t give any information unless wrote to them. They then have your address.
I say trustworthy - but only because they weren t obviously trying to do anything malicious. They were ringing to confirm if our company were still interested in a new Credit Card Terminal. (Which was previously inquired about) Supposedly, calling this number back will lead to a series of automated options, an 0330 number is provided to skip this. SCAM Foreign call centre. Car accident 'uninsured losses claim' scammers. Told me they were a small department within the 'British Insurance Losses Department' (doesn't exist). Couldn't tell me when my accident was other than 'the last two years'. Couldn't tell me where they got my details from. Told them I refuse to discuss anything with a company or organisation I've never heard of so they can email me if they have my details. They hung up, unsurprisingly.

Caller claimed I had been in an accident - when I told her I ve never been in one in my life she went on to ask details of the accident had to hang up.
Message left on answerphone from HMRC (?) threatening legal action if call not returned immediately. Ended "have a blessed day" which seemed odd, otherwise I would have returned the call.

Only know the number because I was randomly charged ?99.99 !! Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them. Saying that there was no other warning
