caller purports to be calling from microsoft and wants remote control of my computer saying i have been hacked for identity id and my details being used for illegal betting etc .rang microsoft who said this is a scam as they would not make such a call

Call received 10.31 hours on Wednesday, 23rd June 2017. No message received, so I didn t pick up the phone. I don t recognise this number and don t want to speculate with no further information. Suspicious of those who will not leave a message and Dorset is a high scam area in the UK. Better to be cautious.

I think this is a scam number aiming to talk the vulnerable (ie people with debts) into giving out their bank details. I terminated the call as soon as they mentioned debts/creditors

ANYTHING from Muckie Hall should be filed under I. These "people" specialise in the completely unenforceable and statute barred debt. NEVER even acknowledge their sad existence. NO responses or phone calls EVER..

Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.

I received a call from two british east Indian sounding guys saying that they were calling from The online trading academy. The first one asked me personal info like what I did for a living and what I was currently trading... He then said he would put me on with his highly accredited colleague who then asked me to install an app called Anydesk so that he could screen share charts with me. It is a scam and we did transfer money but stopped order..all the amounts are for just over 2k paid into our account and we transferred just under 2k back into their bank. you ll see the money go into your account then they re desperate for you to pay the overpaid balance, they then cancel the dodgy cheaque within 2 days...Don t do it, the tel number is bogus and so is the address...
