phone every month trying to sell us labels. yesterday she just left a voice mail saying oh c**p then hung up.

They call leaving voicemails saying ‘this is not a marketing call, please call back’ I’ve also had texts asking to call back quoting the following reference number...which is different every time. And the name they use to address me via text spells both my first and last name wrong (not just one letter wrong, almost incoherently wrong!) so I will be blocking these obvious scammers!

This number rang my 84 year old mother and told her that her boiler warranty is about to run out (her boiler is very old and as far as she knows she s never had a warranty on it.) They persuaded her to sign up for a new warranty and she gave her bank card details. I m going to take her to the bank tomorrow to find out how much they took from her card. Cold calling is not the way to sell windows or home improvements. Especially when you are a victim of a crime where you re trying to deal with police and a useless phone call from an aggressive cold calling company. I wish people would stop selling other peoples phone numbers.
