They ring at least 3 times a day regarding ppi. Pressing 5 DOES NOT remove you from their list. Nor does pressing 9 and speaking to the knobber who answers because as soon as you try to explain that you don t want them to keep calling they hang up on you. This is the latest number using the old con about your IP address being compromised and will be cut off in 24 hours. The message was in an American accent, for fun I pressed 1 and was put through to an Indian call centre. I could hear lots of voices in the background. Unfortunately the line went dead before I could wind them up. The number is now barred!

Fraud. A recorded voice told me that my visa card was being used to purchase something in the region of £600. I was supposed to press '1' but the voice didn't say what for!! I tried calling the number but it doesn't exist. Beware!

I had 4 calls on the same day from 4 different companys offering the same service and everyday since ive been getting text messages from loan companys. The directors of the company making the calls are: Paul Lord (home address: 46a Nowell Road, Middleton, Manchester, M24 6FL) and Richard Cooper (home address: 6 Reed Close, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 7EF). Have fun writing to them to tell how much you appreciate their calls.

SCAM Indian chap called ‘Steve’, said he was from Virgin media and wanted to fix the fault on my internet connection. Told him I didn’t have a fault as I was connected and working on it whilst he was speaking. He put the phone down. This is the 4th call I’ve had today from this 02084 number. Very annoying as I’m with Virgin and my landline is supposed to be ex directory; I can’t even block it ????. Yet another reason for leaving them!
