Had phone call from this company, said they were Provential Helpline or something along those lines. Some stupid girl apparently called Emma Macintosh trying to get details about an accident that never happened.

Someone called my mobile from this number 02087258118, using an automated voice, saying they were going to suspend my National Insurance number because of unusual activity!! Very threatening and loud voice saying I had to ring back this number immediately. To me that sounds like a scam because anything serious and legal they would have phoned and spoken to me and sent an email. Its twice now that my mobile number has been contacted by scammers and its getting really annoying.

Really rude man on the line telling me he wants to find hidden commission in our utility bills. when i said our accountants are on with doing it he cut me off and said they wont be getting what he can get us. would hardly let me speak and when i could he corrected me every time although i was repeating what he had said. in the end he said "what a rude person" and hung up. dont answer to them it will be scam.

Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. SCAM Foreign call centre. Car accident 'uninsured losses claim' scammers. Told me they were a small department within the 'British Insurance Losses Department' (doesn't exist). Couldn't tell me when my accident was other than 'the last two years'. Couldn't tell me where they got my details from. Told them I refuse to discuss anything with a company or organisation I've never heard of so they can email me if they have my details. They hung up, unsurprisingly.
