Called multiple times over the last couple of weeks. Truecaller app logs the call but no ring tone. I just see they have made yet another attempt.

When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Just received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered and said "Hello?" whereupon the call was immediately disconnected. I don't recognise the number, but suspect some sort of scam or nefarious activity. Although the criminals mainly target my landline, some of them seem to have my mobile number.

I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list. Recorded Message received at 13:29 on 1st Nov 2018 claiming to be Nicole from BT saying that my IP address had been compromised and that if I pressed 1 on my handset that their engineers would rectify the problem, otherwise ALL of our internet and Wi-Fi service would be suspended within 24 hours (see also 01939848683) for same threatening message.
