Sounded like a call center. Gentleman with an Indian accent. Calling from 'My Preferences' when I queried this he hung up. No idea what kind of call this was! But suspect a scam of some sort.

Plus the immediate desire he had regarding spending his life with me was completely unreal! His pictures also infected my computer with viruses!! I have just had a call from this number from Natasha who purports that she works for an energy company re our loft insulation. When I said “stop right there, no no no” she shouted at me “you need to listen, I’m from the government “ and then she put the phone down on me!!! Makes me wonder which government!!
Claimed to be from Amazon saying an order for £795 has been blocked on amazon account - suspect this is a phishing scam

Only know the number because I was randomly charged ?99.99 !! Which is the first random I ve ever encountered while Internet /phone shopping I did receive a random info booklet on holidays a few months / lots of weeks before anyway this number was attached to the payment from my account the only thing I can suggest is to report the company to whomever and to contact your bank stating that a fraudulent company has your card details if you do recieve a catalog from them. Saying that there was no other warning
Called saying they were Vodafone offering a 20% discount on my bill, then was asking to transfer to supervisor who dropped the call and then called back and started asking for my details. Very sus, likely Indian scam call centre, avoid and block

Just a Vodafone telephone automated survey after they tried calling and selling me stuff. I told them I?ll be leaving them in July anyway so it?s pointless calling but they still do it
The caller said she was calling from Visa and said I should press 1 to stop £900 from leaving my account. I'll contact my bank and report this strange call.

Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.

SCAM / SPAM An automated message, have called me and said it's from Hmrc and that I have a tax collection warrant, and I need to press one to talk about this/to be redirected to the right person and if I will not press 1at that moment, then i will shortly be arrested and other threats, I didn't listen, after "get arrested" I hang up. It's a accident claims company, i've asked them to remove my number but they still call at least 3 times a day, i use truecaller on my mobile and it blocks them.
Apparently they have information about an accident I haven t had and I should receive up to £40 000 damages. Have you noticed how the legal profession would like us to respect them but they seem powerless to stop some of their members from promoting this kind of s**t?
