This phone number is a scam, claiming to be Microsoft support. They may ask to remote onto your computer to "fix problems", and they may come up with an excuse to charge you for something, thus tricking you into handing over your card details.

She said if I switch on my computer she will show me. I said why should I switch on my computer to find something that I don't have. She was rude and insistent.
