Picked up the phone 5 mins ago and nobody spoke, then hung up.....
SCAM - says from uk revenue and customs, recorded by woman with American accent threatening court action if you don’t press 1 to speak to an agent. Don’t do it - all correspondence from government departments come via post!!!

i ordered an o2 sim card yesterday and since then i have had 7 missed calls of this number. I have my phone out at work as my granddad is very poorly, which my manager allows so i can hear if anything is urgent, having them ring me when my manager is sat next to me and constantly ringing me isnt a good look!!!

I got so fed up I played along with him for 15 mins - he wanted to take control of my PC in order to fix (non existent) problems with my router. What he would have done is anybody s guess, but I assume it would not be to my advantage and probably would have cost me money !

Having called previously, from four similar numbers, 07500444549, 07500444157, 07500444080 and 07500444319 to try to gain access to my computer, they tried this one, Scammers!!!
Genuine survey company doing government funded research. Got some numbers at the end to verify they are legit. If you re complaining about the state of the country but not willing to partake in research to help improve it then stop moaning!! TNS are a genuine company. The survey did not take very long- i don t see why people are getting so angry?

The caller wanted to sell shares.
SCAM Caller said that they were from Curry's PC world. I knew it was a scam call and told the caller I wasn't interested and ended the call. If they were a genuine caller then they would have known that Curry's PC world no longer exists as it's now known as just Curry's. I checked the number and it actually belongs to Wee Timorous Beastie Cafe in Stirling, Scotland.

Number pretends to be HMRC calling about tax fraud registered against my name. Automated call, threatens you with imminent arrest if you hang up or don't press 1. Once you press one, a very deep Asian sounding accent answers and asks you for your details. Which they should have since they claim to have opened a case against you. I called NatWest on their official telephone banking number who confirmed that this is an automated fraud prevention text alert. It was used to verify a suspicious transaction on my account with a simple Yes or No reply to the text. They state they will never ask for personal details on a text. Genuine number.
