The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. I received a call from the number: 01274792327. They have said my computer is slow and needs to have software updated and will cost me ?250.00 The caller was acting to be windows when they was not. They was giving false names. I did not give any bank card details or any payment because this is a SCAM. Do not give any bank details, computer serial number, etc. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION OR THE INSTRUCTIONS OF CONNECTING YOUR SCREEN WITH THEIRS AS THEY WILL HACK YOU.

Should be from Bristol but I don`t think so! they called me a lot of times last week and nobody speaks. They didn t leave any message. In my opinion it is a ping call and if you call back they drain your credit.

Fake call. If you call back you are told it is an incorrect number.
Called today saying it was EE. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and friendly and offered me a ?6 discount a month on my home Broadband package PLUS 1500 minutes Anytime mobile minutes a month. I was paying ?6 a month more for landline calls only so a great saving. If you are a loyal EE customer I advise people to answer this call
