Caller introduced himself as "Lawrence from Microsoft". Cold call asking for a specific person at our company regarding Yahoo and Bing listings and their verification, allegedly. Claimed he would remove our listing on Yahoo/Bing when I said I wasn t interested! What a stupid threat and what an idiot. He eventually admitted he was from infosure. He didn t get what he called for but he certainly got what he deserved!

Cold calling is not the way to sell windows or home improvements. Especially when you are a victim of a crime where you re trying to deal with police and a useless phone call from an aggressive cold calling company. I wish people would stop selling other peoples phone numbers.

I answered the call but it was silent at the other end. Damn nuisance. Not the first time they ve called me but this time looked it up on the internet. Reported the number to Ofcom
