The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Obviously you were the ones they were looking for for them to steal your hard earned money from. Should be from Bristol but I don`t think so! they called me a lot of times last week and nobody speaks. They didn t leave any message. In my opinion it is a ping call and if you call back they drain your credit.

I got a phone call from this number, as I did the 1471 to hear the number back. The man said his name was John and wanted to speak to my brother. He new his name and said he owed money and they wished to speak to him. My mother answered the call but wouldn t give up any details, but she kept asking them questions about who they were and why they were ringing. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AWAY!! DO NOT ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS!
