Would not speak into answerphone,suggest computer generated number,possible scam.
Automated call stating that the call was from Amazon Prime and that the prime account was going to auto re-new imminently by direct debit. If I wanted to speak to someone then hang on the line... Strange as I don't have an Amazon Prime account... so go figure... Also tried phoning number back and "lo and behold" the number is not recognised... I would be VERY aware of this...

SCAM Call starts with an automated message telling you that there is an arrest warrant out for you for underpaid tax and tax fraud. Continued the call to confront whoever initiated the call, and it follows through to an Indian call centre purporting to be HMRC. Do not give any details to these scammers!

The following number: 0208 759 95 77 keeps phoning and when I pick it up, a machine keeps beeping and I cannot hang up. It is a stupid caller who harrass people and blocks the phone line.
I have also received call from this number saying HMRC tax fraud and arrest warrant, looks scam to me as HMRC always send written notice i believe.

Silvershine Services. 4 calls in 48 hrs all from Leicester based numbers. Call starts off with an automated voice asking about accident details. After answering yes and giving brief details, I am put through to a human being. Despite telling them on NUMEROUS occasions now that I DO NOT wish to receive these call, they still persist.
