Called for days without speaking until today pretending to be from "Merchant Review". Asking to speak to "whoever is in charge of the merchant account" when told we don't have a credit card machine they hanged up. Very fishy.

SCAM I believe A woman, sounding Indian, pretending to be from BT OpenReach about my internet quality We don't buy our internet from BT I suspect this was one of those "we have discovered traffic on your line caused by viruses and need to log in to your computer to fix it" scam calls. The call didn't get that far though. She hung up, probably realised that I knew what I was talking about.

SCAM - says is tax office and thst I have been 'identified' as not paying tax.

TAXES / HMRC SCAM Automated call

Fraud American accent, pre-recorded message saying it was HMRC and there was a problem with my tax record. Told me that in order to avoid jail I needed to sort this out immediately and had to press 1 to be put through to an advisor. Potentially very threatening for anyone who didn’t recognise it as a scam. Google search reveals that if I had pressed 1 my call might have been rerouted to a different country and I could have faced hefty phone charges.

Received a text from this number, claiming to be from Evri (the new name for Hermes), saying they'd missed a delivery, and wanted £1.45 for redelivery. I googled Evri and and according to them it's a scam, to get your bank details and Mt your account.

CALLED LATE AT NIGHT. WOULD NOT SAY WHO THEY WERE OR WHY THEY WERE CALLING. THIS SCARED MY ELDERLY PARENTS.

Scam claims to be an automated message from HMRC

This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam. The debt is past the statute of limitations in my state which is 4 years. Her name is "Tracy", the number she called me from is (980) 3

Indian scam callers. I am covered in calls from these scammers in India although my number is on a donotcall list.

I was called by this number today, the automated message told me my amazon prime account had expired and that my credit card would be charged £95 pounds for renewal, if I was unhappy about this, press 1. Sadly for them, (lucky for me) I don't have an amazon prime account, hung up imediately. I received a called yesterday and today from this number 01924930589. Answered it just and then they spoke and put it down. Tried to call back it's a automated message saying you were called to by cost busters can't connect to our some crap like that

Uses illegally supplied/trawled contact details in breach of GDPR to call you about some trading platform or other. AVOID THIS ILLEGAL OPERATOR!
